Chana is so good, nice call! And with a beer, chefs kiss. I totally agree on the death metal, that's what I usually play when my husband's out so he doesn't have to tolerate it.
Kind of! It plays totally different, but it's still a rogue like, and you still spend cells and unlock new blueprints for future runs and shit. It's more like a co-op puzzle out how to beat the encounter game than an action game though.
This weekend is my turn for my weekly board game club! Its just four of us, we rotate who's the game master each week and we meet on Saturdays. Game master gets to put forth the board game options, and then we vote on which to play. It's been really cool, and its been a great excuse to get some ridiculous board games. I'm probably going to put forth Nemesis, HoMM3, and Dead Cells this week, unless I come up with something better.
I think you should consider treating yourself this weekend, do something small and nice just for you. Even if it's just something like going out for a tasty lunch as an excuse to put on clothes and get out of the house!
I don't see that there's any way to avoid that at this point. It seems everybody with any power is on the Nazi side. We're a Nazi nation, and the world would be justified to treat us as such. The US is a vile country I'm ashamed to be a part of and have no method to leave.
There are defecters from the Trump cult, not the Republican party. They still would prefer people like me don't exist and will work against me having civil rights. They still cheer when people who don't look like them get tortured and killed, and will support that however they can.
I'm not going to talk to that kind of person, I just flat out refuse. More power to the people who can tolerate that, but I don't know that the hate party is redeemable.
It's a small thing, but I'd been feeling kinda gross about myself lately, and I started setting aside some time to just wear some cute lingerie around the house for no real reason once a week. My husband has started commenting unprompted how much he's looking forward to "Sexy Sunday" and I kinda love it.
Oh that sounds like a good time! I don't know that I've ever had any plum liquor, but that sounds fascinating.
