It’s true that people do develop a tolerance to caffeine if they drink it regularly, but even when I didn’t drink it often, I didn’t feel a difference after having a coffee in the morning and or if I drank some late at night in an attempt to stay up later.
A light sleeper just means that your sleep is easily disturbed by small changes in your surroundings (like the turn of a doorknob, a car passing by outside, a text message to a phone on vibrate). There isn’t a strict criteria for it.
Either people who see positive results equate “more” with “better”, or plastic surgery doesn’t fix the underlying insecurities and self-scrutiny that caused them to get it in the first place.
Exercise programs, language courses, and music streaming services are a few things you can try out before committing to them. The free trial should be enough to determine whether the methods are helpful enough for you want to continue for the first two, and the latter is a convenient way of discovering new music without ads that doesn’t drain your battery quickly.
