  • Looking at a map trying to figure out how the hell Bangladesh was once a part of Pakistan.

  • Is this defeat? how many losses in a row does that make for the US empire?

  • I am calling for the immediate resignation of every western media "journalist."

  • The swirl is brushed on with wax, then the whole cup was dipped in glaze.

The cup its self was made on a wheel

  • technology @hexbear.net

A debian inspired cup I made.

  • Prediction: Kamala wins, but she gets impeached less than 2 years in. For some unexplained reason, her getting impeached will have actual consequences.

  • Dude thinks she’s westernized because she doesn’t build bombs or rockets in her free time.

  • the_dunk_tank @hexbear.net

    New dictatorship just dropped

  • I would expect as much. You're describing what already exists in airports, except you also have to pass an in-person interview to be considered.

  • slightly unrelated but I had to listen to my coworker complain about a homeless person he saw who was on his smartphone and smoking a cigarette yesterday. It wasn't enough to be homeless, you had to be a monk and a saint to garner his sympathy.

  • Debian on gnome. no cleaning as requested

  • I'm voting for both candidates

. I even have my fake ID ready. My commitment to voting is stronger than any liberal could dream.

  • I've been using Freetube for a while now and i cannot recommend it enough. It doesn't push you any content aside from the creators you've subscribed to, It looks clean and has great theme customization, its ad-free and of course its FOSS.

Like invidious, Freetube won't use your data to recommend you an infinite stream of curated content for you to consume. I've found myself watching a video and just being satisfied there, with one video. I couldn't handle that before. Youtube's clever algorithm would never let me watch just one video if I had the time for 2 or 3 or 20. And having a subscriber only feed gave me total control over how much reactionary content I see. Its a complete 180 from the standard youtube experience.
