KUnifiedPush: KDE's efficient way of delivering notifications to your apps

Time to increase exposure to Planet by putting in above the Dot in the footer. It would also be ideal if there was a way to expose people to Planet without scrolling the site, so we can show the vibrancy of the KDE Community to newcomers :)
