There are 3 musical roads in Hungary now, but they exist because you can steal EU/government funds with them easily. You can invoice much higher prices if you add extras like these.

Locals who live nearby hate them, and are lobbying for removal. You hear the melody if only one car is playing the song. If multiple cars driving on the painting you just hear some cacophony. Whatever you think. I met with mappers who only map rail and related stuff, others only different kind of pipes and manhole covers, some focus on electrical infrastructure, and street cabinets. Some people map anything that has a number or id. My favorite is street parking, lanes and sidewalks.

So map what you enjoy the most, this is not a job, it's a hobby.

Bluetooth radios have unique mac addresses, so adding a relatively common first name to it doesn't mean much, if someone wants to track you via this, it doesnt really matter if it's 04:ad:22... or Geodad's car

Cars are big mostly for safety reasons, and I wouldn't want to sacrifice driver lifes for overtakes. Wider tracks would be a better solution.

It's not a reddit or lemmy thing, generally backslash is used as an escape character in a lot of programming languages. Here and in reddit comments accept markdown and markdown uses backslash as escape character.
