No. I'll make a short point (longer ones were already given): class consciousness isn't a prophecy that is inevitable, it has to be actively developed, by communists. To propose accelerationism is to propose that it is possible to develop class consciousness faster, which is laughable if the local communists aren't doing enough for it already, and the proposition of doing it faster may itself be impossible in any case. It also implies that the same communists are able to make progress faster than fascism, which will also develop, and compete.

Nix will gladly download anything it needs from binary caches, if available. It is also configured to know about official binary cache by default. You can add more binary caches.

If something is not available locally or in the caches, Nix will fall back to building the package. This usually happens if you are overriding something for a package, say you include an extra compilation flag (emacs >:( ), because then the derivation's hash is different, and the binary cache knows no such thing. Or if what you are building is so old that it was removed from the caches to make space for the fresh stuff.

So, yes, pre-built backages are provided and are the default. However, the fallback exists too.

1. Organisations that provided legal support (for example for trans people that applied for gender marker change before the ban but got unjustly denied) cannot exist. There is no one to speak in legalese for us.
2. Organisations that provided other kinds of support cannot expose themselves.
