I use AI to extract recipes and import them into my recipe manager rather than generate them. Both from hyper SEO'd websites, and physical books (take picture with phone).
Fody is a Canadian company (not sure what percentage of their products are made in Canada or not though). Their lineup is targeted at people with IBS, but that includes being GF.
What effort and spending did we do? My understanding that it was just a bunch of platitudes or things that were already in the works.
