It's been a few months since I've finished the show and from time to time I still think about how well done it was. Reading the synopsis of the show before starting it I was a bit skeptical about it possibly keeping me engaged throughout since I wasn't a big fan of Mad Men or Deadwood (blasphemy, I know), but this show really was amazing at developing characters, relationships, etc.
I almost immediately knew the writing was fantastic coming from finishing season 2 of From where I was furious with writing choices that included forced drama and my personal pet peeve in shows where characters withhold information from each other and that causes plot points, e
Absolute Batman Thoughts?
Did anyone else pick up and read issue #1? I did, but was somewhat underwhelmed. Not sure if I will stick with the series. The art and some of the action sequences were well done though.
Batman the Long Halloween: The Last Halloween Thoughts
Did anyone pick up and read the first issue? I thought it was quite well done and a nice return to the 'Long Halloween' series.
So I watched Seed Freedom
I have a love hate relationship with Gundam movies. I love that they exist and that they've given us some iconic moments, but I hate how rushed they feel most of the time. Seed Freedom is no exception.

Just finished Season 2 of Alias and I have questions.
I never watched this show when it was new, but I find Sydney and Jack to be wildly incompetent, just magically lucky.
How many missions does Sydney have to shoot her way out of because she made a mistake or a really bad choice?
I am enjoying the show, but sometimes it just seems like way too much.
For those who played Outer Wilds, what was your favourite part of the game or your most "Ha-Ha!" discovery ?
There will be spoilers for the game and the DLC in my text and the comments
If you don't want to be spoiled, play the game first, it's a really really nice game that's best when discovered
My favourite moment for the game (as for most players), was when I fetched the Warp Core and had to go to the Nomai Ship. The music made my heart beat so much, and the trip seemed so friggin long.
But my best discovery within the game is understanding how simply turning off the flashlight would be enough to make the quantum objects move. It was so satisfying discovering it for the first time.
