The video of the actual incident is wild. He mag dumps his cruiser with a completely unaware suspect in it and only by luck doesn't hit him
- And his partner pops in "what are we shooting at? I have no idea, just shoot at everything? Ok" without a clue as to what or who or why she's shooting
- Well, even cops need a hobby.

This is what happens when you traumatise your potential law enforcement to make them a gang rather than training them to be police officers. Great job, Uncle Sam!
