      (Unless I'm missing something I don't think the idea had been discussed recently prior to that...)

      • Just a coinkydink because the US doesn’t see Canadia as a peer competitor or a threat in any way, and I didn’t have this Monroe Doctrine on steroids concept top-of-mind yet.
