I need to get through another 90 mins of tutorial video. Each minute of video is approx 3 minutes of realt time, with my note taking and practice.

Note are great, they definitely help me remember more of the content.

Writing stuff down makes me remember it a million times more than typing stuff out. Don't know why, but it works.
