That's not even the irritating part. The irritating part is that they didn't fire everyone in the blast radius.
For a drastically different story, a person from hr lost a laptop with personally identifiable information on it. They were warned. A second person from hr did the same thing, got fired. The third person that did it was fired, so were three managers above them. The behavior stopped at that point.
See the difference? As soon as management has consequences due to their failed oversight, things change.
CEOs need to be taken out and any and all parachute deals they signed should be voided if they harm (mentally and/or physically) workers. And that should mean that when shit like Boeing happens where many more lives are also impacted (many even sadly paying). Then that CEO should be executed and so should the other C letter titles AND the entire board of major shareholders (and best believe the lawmakers that took money from them also should catch that fate).
