I just got home from the shops with the ingredients to make nachos

Had a nice sautéed salmon, broccoli & basmati.

Mum offered slow cooked corn beer, so we're about to pile in the car and head over, been cooking for 6hrs apparently!

Beef pho and pork sticky buns.
