Streaming is cable now | Seventeen years after Netflix and Hulu kicked off a streaming revolution, it’s looking more like cable than ever.

Last time I had cable/satellite, it was not only multi-year contract with limited competition, but the "package" of channels always came with ~50% home shopping channels. I seem to recall that a good amount of the income such providers make is from getting a piece of every TV shopping sale.
