What is she playing?

  Clock solitaire is a lot more descriptive. I'd always heard of the game patience but couldn't picture how it was played.
- The game is called "Patience" - but like the other comment says, it probably has a different name.
  
  How do you play it

Small claim to fame, but the model was my great uncles wife.
