Please at least cover it in flashy digital billboards. That's all I'm asking.
- They will, don't worry. They are just bidding for advertising rights at the moment.
Is this what the US is calling welfare housing? Given the inmates will be mostly commit crimes like smoking weed or jaywalking or people of colour..
- And the worst thing is that don't even have to smoke weed, cops routinely plant drugs on people they want to lock up.
