America has had 3 shootings with a total of 7 people killed this year alone. And that's only the shootings with a death toll. It doesn't even make the news anymore.
Maybe improve conditions for students in school? Being bullied at school is completely normalized in society and educators and parents just shrug their shoulders, but those victims are the ones that end up getting to school with guns to get revenge for their years of pain.
