That's not good either. The legs aren't in a 90° angle thanks to those plateau shoes.
- I raise the chair when I don't want my back to be unnaturally arched.

- I got an ass like that through a combination of genetics (had “mildly female” hip structure pre transition and a dump truck even then), starting HRT before my hip bones fused, squats, and aggressive amounts of bicycling.
