We left 3/4 of the way in of "licorice pizza", we were hoping it would pick up since reviewers said it was good, but it's just so bad.
That movie just screamed "filmmaker thinks his actual life is interesting enough to be a movie."
Reviews probably like it because they are all failed screenwriters and are happy someone got their shite life put on film.
