That is what this is though...set a timer for 30min, when I beeps look at something far away for 30s (roughly, exact time isn't actually important) and then press the "reset timer" button. Repeat until you don't want to anymore, and then just stop the timer.
Not every single small thing should be an independent app...
I think you're looking for a pomodoro timer of some kind. Search for one on F-droid and see if that works for you.
