Americans Explain Why The U.S. Has Never Been A Racist Country
During a recent interview, Republican presidential candidate Nikki Haley said that America had “never been a racist country.” The Onion asked Americans why our history has always been color-blind, and this is what they said.

“This so-called racist nation is the same one that gave Black Americans their own exclusive water fountains.”
Whew. Some of these sound a little too much like things that have actually been said, like:
“We gave them jobs, didn’t we?”
This is my fave:
Paul Gruber, Warehouse Manager “America is not a racist country, but a federation of racist states.”
I literally heard these exact words once: "we gave them equality and it wasn't enough". Yup.
My response was 'they were equals before, we didn't give them anything.' and all i got in response was a strong signal that the conversation was over
"We gave you equality and we can take it away!" Lmao
If somebody has to give you equality, it's not equality.
Not to mention “ Slavery was good for Black people”. Nothing boils my blood more than this sentence.
