Seriously, has a publisher ever been so consistently wrong about their own projections?
- SE took the morbillion meme too seriously
I would have bought it if it was on PC. I don't have a PS5 and I'm not interested in the game enough to buy a another system for it.
- Exactly in the same boat. I would pick up this game in a second on PC, but with all the GamePass, free Epic, and Steam sale games I have there is zero need to ever get a PS5.
- I have a PS5, but I know it'll come to PC, so it's a pass for me until then.
  I wish squeenix would just simultaneously release and get over timed exclusivity
So they released exclusively for PS5 but stayed below their profit targets. So either Sony should have paid them more or they should've released to Xbox and PC as well, correct? Just put an end to exclusivity deals already.
- Instead Xbox are sharpening their knives playing the same game. It's going to be so dumb when a lot of houses become two console households... I know some already are.
  I barely have enough time to play video games to warrant the expense of the game. Now you want me to buy a whole other console? Get out of here with that nonsense, and they are basically just gated computers at this point anyway.
  
  They kind of always have been.
  That said, if you don't have enough time to play on one console, why buy two? Sure, you can't play every game, but if you don't have the time anyway, just pick games that are available for your platform, I'm sure there's plenty of selection for your limited time.
I haven't finished it yet, but I'm having a good time. Best mainline FF game in a very long time IMO. Since at least X, and possibly VII.
Also, I thought the game reviewed pretty well?
