It's funny, I just got used to the idea that the CIA is not beholden to any laws.

It's because they operate in secrecy.

You'd hope so, but it's like every decade we have an article going "wow, look at all the fucked up shit the CIA was doing 20 years ago, isn't it great they stopped?
Oh, they didn't stop being bad. And what they do today is terrible.
But its less bad than what they did in thr 60s. That shit was batshit insane.
I mean -- this is just a ruling. They still haven't done anything yet. I'm not holding my breath.
