Oh wow that's a whole new kind of awful I didn't know about. Blocking their dash cam with their hood?
- Well I know I'm officially on the Reddit alternative when I see a repost from 6 years ago. Body worn cameras have become pretty much standard and dash cameras are of much less benefit once the vehicle is stopped. Yes, putting the hood up to block the camera is obviously suspicious but this is a very old post. It's time to move on to tactics. Used to skew the angle of the bodyboard camera.

  If your position is that all cops are always good, I pity you. So let's assume you think bad cops are rare. Statistically wrong, but whatever, let's roll with it. Let's learn how to spot the bad ones.

It's sad to see how badly the police need more funding, their vehicles braking down en masse like that!
