Find external IP

So im trying to setup WLED lights to be accessible from outside the network. I have setup the port forwarding but i cant for the life of me find what the external ip is? Can anyone help and tell me where I find the external ip for a device ln the network. When searching online all i see is how to find the external ip of the device youre currently USING, this is not what i want.
