How high are the taxes in Scotland?
Looks like they're lower than The US, for the lower income me brackets, and comparable to the higher brackets

Same as US + health insurance premium
Nope, noticeably lower. In theory it should be similar, but the US system is (particularly) dysfunctional in a few ways.
