You wake up in a world where everyone has the ability to read minds, except for you. How would you handle your interactions with others?

IMO you're basically describing my experience being autistic. So to answer your question...not very well. 🙃

Doesn't sound too different from interacting with people when you don't know how to read body language.
As the most fortunate of us, I would offer what comfort I could.
Depends, can they also pinpoint where the thoughts originally came from? If no then I'd be trolling everyone so much

I wouldn't. I'd just watch the world burn because now everyone can read each other's fucked up thoughts.
I'd probably encourage earworms I get rather than try to ignore them, so anyone trying to read my mind gets something like this or this or this

I would play Never Gonna Give you Up by Rick Astley in my head on Repeat. Otherwise They will read the fucked up thoughts I get
