Although definitely good news, what world do we live in that it's even necessary to provide children with meals.... Sorry for my cynicism.
As production efficiency increases we should, all of us, be able to enjoy the fruits of said production AND less work inputs.
The problem is we don't. As production increases we are all working the same amount and the executives enjoy the surplus.
It's about nutrition during the summer when there's no school.
