You can be asexual and still have a libedo. You can be asexual and still feel romantic attraction. You can be asexual and masturbate. You can even be asexual and have sex. All asexuallity is about is attraction, which from what you say, you feel little or none of. Which is the definition of asexual or ace spectrum. However, at the end of the day, it's just a label. One you can choose to use or not use. (Also, like the other person said about aegosexuality, you could look into ace spec identities. )
