The hard part for me is keeping them around long enough to use them in ramen. Every time I walk by the fridge, I need to sample their progress.

Heh, nah man, just cooking for the kids. I learned that presentation helps, makes things somehow taste better, or so they say :) who else got kids asking for extra salad?
