There have been so many more cases like this. The previous UK government actually destroyed records of them in an attempt to keep them secret.
Only £10K compernsation. If the DWP even pays it, they've still saved money by her death. First they came for the disabled......
I feel like “government caused wrongful death” should have a pre-defined universal payout that is way more expensive than desperately trying to keep a person alive. Like $30 million or something like that.
Totally agree. But they'll never do that because there have been thousands of wrongful deaths like this one.
