what is your favorite pokemon, which is not used by any named character (the relevant ones, not random trainer classes) in the games, or the anime?

I don't even know if my choice fits my own question, but my vote is porygon 2 (extra tanky boi)

I think the Porygon line has suffered long enough for Pikachu's mistake and it's time they got some fuckin' respect.
