It seems like the tattoos are real, but the “MS13” above them and text below are (obviously) added as “explanation”. I would hardly call it a fake image.
Of course the interpretation of those tattoos to mean “MS13” is a huge stretch. Marijuana + Smiley = MS? A cross equals 1 because what, it’s tall? A skull equals 3 because it has two eye holes and a mouth?
- Do you think anyone who already genuinely believes Kilmar is a member of MS-13 would interpret that picture to mean anything other than that he has “MS13” literally tattooed on his knuckles?

You can see chuds' obsession with numerology and finding hidden meanings in things that don't exist (like "body language" experts) really coming out with this one. MS13 members proudly put those letters all over their body. This man has a marujuana leaf, a smiley face, a cross and a skull on his fingers and hogs say it means MS13. Absolutely deranged people.
Seems like tattoos most hogs might have anyways

  Damn that's cheap. We used to have $13 flash tattoos for friday the 13th where I live but now they are $43 with an included mandatory $30 tip, which like, I get it the workers deserve to get paid but that is a huge increase in just a few years.
