Does prevent side-loading effectively cause problems for open source F-Droid? Apologies for ignorance.

"security features", in this case, actually means "ecosystem lockdown features".
I don't like the feature bundling. If there's a way to pick and choose the features I want, I'll be happy. We'll see how this gets implemented on real devices.
