Biden had full immunity, and he easily could have said "There is no eay that im going to allow a proven traitor, who is conspiring with Putin, to take over. I am remanding him to Gitmo, with all of his henchmen, where they will remain until all investigations and trials are resolved."

So he put "peaceful transfer of power" above allowing a treasonous take over and destroy our Democracy. No wonder Republicans despise Democrats for their weakness. I do too, that's why I've been an Unafilliated Independent for over 40 years. I don't want to be part of either of their sick clubs.
I think you forget that the immunity decision wasn’t for democrats. The court knows that Biden wouldn’t do shit and they would have stopped him if he tried what you said. The immunity decision was for their special boy Trump and only people that align with them ideologically.
This piece seems like bullshit. Roberts knew what he was doing, and did it anyway because he is a fascist just like the rest of the fedsoc judges.
It would have been really bad but I would have been briefly ecstatic if like all the key Republicans were just rounded up and shot for being traitors.
