I don't know who this, is but his analysis is pretty indicting of Mozilla. Fortunately you can read the Mozilla post (he links to it) for yourself and see if it actually matches up with what he says. My analysis: Holy leaps of logic, Batman!
Tbf, Mozilla isn't about Firefox anymore. They are focused on privacy everything, and are apparently going to do lots of important and foundational work in AI because it's the next new frontier (and they're right).
They aren't going to abandon Firefox, far from it. As the only other competitor to Chromium, they're going to continue to promote privacy online, but they're not going to make Firefox their core development either.
What even are the alternatives at this point? Google's evil, Microsoft's incompetent and bordering 'lesser' evil themselves, and Brave's a scheme that techbro crypto nerds can't help but shill whenever it comes up in conversation, so I want nothing to do with it.
