I mean, there's about 387 million Nollywood and Ghannywood movies set in villages or small towns.

The South African series Trackers is awesome, and has some rural settings. But it's highly produced drama.

Some episodes of Ultimate Braii Master or Taste of South Africa show less rural settings.

There's a season of 90 Day Fiance with Baby Girl Lisa and Usman that shows pretty accurate village life.
