I haven’t seen this with any other characters (lvl 46), but Sam Coe does this all the time. It’s so very creepy.

I had the same on my character for a session. After restarting the game it was gone. Weird bug.
I had the same bug with Andreja, except restarting just rerolled the dice on what would disappear. Sometimes hair, sometimes an eye (never both, weirdly), sometimes entire head.
