Serbia was supposed to abstain from voting on the Ukrainian resolution, Vucic said.

"I believe that Serbia made a mistake today. I apologize to the citizens of Serbia for that, and I take the blame for that because I was probably tired and overwhelmed," he said. "I didn't have time to deal with this (issue) enough, maybe I'm too tired, maybe I have too many things (to deal with)."

So, basically, by making a public “apology”, he’s admitting to the world that he has no balls. Okay, dude, whatever.

Oof. I would "I was tired" all day long if it lets me do the right thing while keeping Russian agents from throwing me out of a third story window.
We each need to resist in the ways we can, and give each-other a ton of benefit of the doubt. (Each-other being defined as everyone trying to do peace and collaboration and not ordering rockets to be fired at hospitals).
