Large Video Files & The Fediverse
My little corner of the fediverse is currently on a cherrypick server. Love it. We are a very small group, though, and the admin is fizzling. Not trying to add large videos to the pile. Is everyone just doing PeerTube to upload vids? Anyone have a favorite PeerTube instance or another suggestion?

@melp@beehaw.org There's this Lemmy post on !peertube@lemmy.wtf listing generic well-federated instances, but if you don't care about the ability to follow other PeerTube channels from it, I'm pretty sure you can use pretty much any instance and it doesn't really matter.
Ironically my CherryPick instance used to have it's own Peertube instance, but they've closed it sadly
Oh that's good advice and really too bad to hear about your instance. There's not that many CherryPick out there. So neat to meet another user. We gotta figure out how to get our little hub hosted out of the US.
