Sources: Carroll agrees to deal to coach Raiders
The Raiders have hired Pete Carroll as their new coach. Carroll is getting a three-year deal with a fourth-year team option, sources told ESPN.

Carroll will give this program some much needed stability. Idk if they're going to win any SBs with him but he'll make them vastly more competitive than what they have been recently.
Yeah I think he rights the ship and moves the team back to middle of the pack and the next coach can build a competitive team off of that.
