That was always that long?
- How long? 3 minutes? Yeah, it just feels slower without the sound
- The fps of a gif depends on the player/client. For me it plays at roughly 0.5x of the original.
  
  GIF has frame duration support. If it plays slower, it is a performance issue. It plays close to the original speed for me.
