Yeah... might be time i try to get diagnosed. Im 36 and have wondered it all my life, but have always been naturally gifted enough to get good grades so no one batted an eye
Same! My GF convinced me to contact my doctor about it, so we’ll see where it goes from here! Hopefully I don’t find a way to drop the ball on this before the process is done 😑
Same situation and almost same age here. Recently 1 friend got diagnosed and another also talked about it because of her psychiatrist. It got us talking and understanding a bunch of shit makes sense now. But obviously I will keep delaying any kind of doctor appointment or stuff like that.

I do all of this and more. It's constant, and it's exhausting.
I just want to do what needs to be done without rushing it the night before the deadline

One of the surprising outcomes of finally receiving medication for ADHD was my ability to actually focus on tasks through to completion. I stopped avoiding tasks because I knew I would be able to complete them through to the end without a meltdown. I had no idea how pervasively ADHD was affecting my life.
