Great, maybe this will finally wake them up and stop producing so much. Oh wait, of course not. They'll just use their record profits to adapt the port instead...
- That's more optimistic than I am about it. My first thought was that they will just abandon the ports and contribute nothing to the ecological disaster of the left over oil and petrochemicals polluting the seas.
