- They are different photos. The framing is different, the flames are different. Im not saying the posted one isnt altered, but the difference in appearance could just be from different cameras (quality, settings, etc).

  It's a bit of a weird terrorist attack though. The whole thing about car bombs is that It's supposed to be a portable bomb. The idea is you get out before setting it off.
  Also what's the point of blowing up the outside of one of his businesses, it wasn't like he was in there.
  So it doesn't immediately feel like a terrorist attack.

This Cybertruck and the F150 from the attack in New Orleans were both rented from Turo. Also the explosion was insanely large. I'm thinking this is likely not a coincidence and the two may even be related.

  I haven't seen it mentioned in relation to this incident though.

  If they were used for both vehicles; it's probably just because it was a convenient way to get a vehicle. They probably have less hurdles than a typical rental service. I haven't actually used or really looked into that service though, so I may be wrong there.
  
  I thought they were rented from the same company. Which is a bit like saying that a lot of bank robberies use the same ford truck. Yeah of course they do, because it's big, reasonably fast, and commonly available.
  I really doubt it's relevant.
- CNN is reporting that the truck was carrying a large amount of fireworks, gasoline and camping fuel. These appear to have been intentionally ignited. The truck drove past the site of the explosion an hour before returning. The truck exploded shortly after stopping.
