I was hoping that they abridged that part, where he buys isekai viagra... but eh, the whole ED arc was the author writing himself in a corner, writing a horny-as-fuck protag and trying to prevent him from fucking everything that moves.
Although to be honest I loved the episode. Ariel was big here - she's clearly furthering her own agenda, but doing it in a transparent way, while helping the ones that she cares about to further their own goals. In a single stroke she helped a friend and got a powerful ally.
I'm wondering if this deal is gonna come to bite Rudeus in the back later on, the whole thing seems a bit too wholesome to to not have some poison mixed in.
Ariel does use her connections with Rudeus, and she is a tiny bit manipulative, but there's no poison here - just a give-and-take relationship. And the friendship towards Sylphy is genuine, and part of why she's encouraging the marriage (Sylphy is not bound by oath to Ariel, and she doesn't want her involved in politics and potentially spoiling their friendship).
The end would have had more impact if the big thing he was saved from wasn't ED.. x)
The episode was pretty nice though.
Sylphie's reaction to the "Sylphiette Greyrat" was sooo cute haha
It's funny how Luke became more fond of Rudy right away as soon as he learned Rudy's condition lol. Rudy might have cured his illness but he has lost his best method of making true friends lmao
We have seen it a lot during this season, but Rudeus really doesn't follow any of the norms of his old world anymore (or has he ever ?). Especially seeing that marriage proposal right after their first time. They aren't even dating yet.
So is the magic school arc over then ? His business their is done..
Wonder if he will visit Zenith before resuming his search.
And no turning point during this season huh
