Feds open investigation into claims Baton Rouge police tortured detainees in "Brave Cave"

Just an aside, but the Baton Rouge "Brave Cave" torture warehouse first came to public attention in the news a little less than a month ago. It would be easier to have confidence in this investigation if it had been opened and announced then, instead of almost a month later.
