I use KeePass (more specifically KeePassXC). I manually copy my password files around like a caveman but I don't mind. At least my kdbx files are not accessible easily.

You should look into syncthing to keep a synced copy of your passwords on all your devices

I've played around with Syncthing but stopped using it after a short while for no specific reason. Maybe I'll give it another shot.
