Incredibly stupid question, but, if she was charged and convicted of this, wouldn’t she have to register as a sex offender? That would be rather amusing.
At the federal level, 18 USC 1470 covers it. Penalty is fines and/or 10 years in prison at max.
Not sure what statutes apply in the District of Columbia, though.
