Imgur is spyware crap, since time I use FileCoffee, way better (host and share image, multimedia, videos, documents, PDF, presentations, text, apps, 100% free, encrypted, private, made in the EU), alternatively you can use Vgy.me (same, but only images, by default it delete the EXIF data, if exist).
Just to make you aware: Linguist is an add-on that allows you to change its settings to use the Bergamaot offline translator, making it totally private.
Dutch government has done a similar thing a few months ago, but so far only a couple of government institutions and officials have adopted it. I'm afraid that as long as there aren't that many actual users, there's little incentive to fully make the switch.
How is it privacy friendly? Not trying to troll of anything, but people literally share all their likes/dislikes plainly with everyone, and deletes don’t have to actually be executed on other servers.
